3. It's 1/2 of yellow onion (sweet onion is better) -
4. Prepare 2 tablespoon of vinegar (Japanese rice vinegar is less harsh) -
5. Prepare 1 tablespoon of olive oil -
6. Prepare 1 teaspoon of salt -
7. Prepare 1 tablespoon of sugar -
